The selected grapes are vinified in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with maceration on the skins for about 20 days. After racking, the wine completes alcoholic and malolactic fermentation and is aged in 50 HI. oak barrels for 12 months followed by 6 months of bottle aging
Tasting notes
The color is a deep ruby red. On the nose it offers intense and complex hints of plums and dark fruits, violet and delicate spiciness with a hint of vanilla and cloves. The taste is full and harmonious with velvety tannins and a persistent finish
