At the crushing, follows the maceration for about l0 days. After racking, the wine rests in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (20°C) and then completes the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. The wine is racked and then bottled; it follows a short refinement in the bottle
Tasting notes
The color is ruby red. Pleasantly scented with hints of red fruit (blueberries) just picked and floral souvenirs (violet); the taste is full, soft, rightly harmonious and delicate flavor
